the difference is that your leg looks coloured with the leggies. and people wouldn't be able to differenciate between your hairy/hairless legs.

I ASK :
does having leggies/stockings on you make you look decent-er?

I CONCLUDE :
my stand is that whatever it is. it should not be an excuse to wear revealing shorts/skirts/whtv.

* you wanna comment on other who wears the same. and the only difference i see is the tight fitted pieces of fibres on your legs with different colours.
