Guess what? im so relieved of all my exam stresses !!!!
and of course, like usual, i found comfort in God :)

okie so all my friends out there, if ya still stressed about exams, look for me k? ive got a great and perfect solution :D

so how did i relieve my stress? i found the easy way out, thru God, speaking to us thru pastor daniel today ! i shall tell you people more about today's sermons ...

title : Don't let the devil hijack YOUR life, stop WORRYING !
- we can be addicted to stress !
- it is impossible for us to enjoy the peace that Jesus died for me for if i have worries.
- it is impossible to have worries & peace at the same time.

worry : tormenting oneself with disturbing thoughts
> worrying never makes anything better
> it is a weapon of the devil
> it is time wasting, energy draining, effective satanic weapon.

these are the things that we must understand about worries in order to overcome them .

3 weapons we can use in times of worry:
1) speak the word - speaking the word of God out load, faith come in hearing the word of God *
2) toss your worries to God - " worring doesn't rob tomorrow of its sorrow, it robs today of its strength "
3) we got to rest in God -

> God will NEVER remove opposition in our lives, so that we can experience true peace in him.

2 corinthians 10:4-5 - the weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world, on the contrary, they have divine powers to demolish strongholds.

we are supposed to capture every thought and place it under God. let God handle our strains. nothing will EVER be too big for God to handle. AMEN.

Practical methods we can use :
1) a systen of priority.
matthew 6:33 - but seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.

> putting God as out No.1 priority.

2) you need a strategic program.
matthew 6:34 - therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.

> doing things one step at a time.

3 Practical steps to overcome stress :
1) dont worry about tomorrow's stress.
2) dont worry about yesterday's mess.
3) dont worry about yesterday's success.

- worry is a giant that we have to face one day, BUT it is a giant that can be defeated. :)

YET another streesful, sleepy, exciting day for me :D
okie so i had lessons as normal for today...
AND i got back my Geography test results. Guess what?
ive got an distinction? YEAH, 1st time in secondary 3 history that ive ever got such an achievement....
maybe its either the tests' too easy, or its just because i DID study for this test.
scored 10/13 . haha 13 marks test. easy to score mahh.

AFTERSCHOOL, went home for a rest, after that i went back to school to meet my P.O. ( probation officer ) . nothing much either, later took a cab home and slept. basically, these few day its study > sleep > study > sleep. its like that. all i have to do is to keep it up for the next 2 weeks and it'll be soon over :)

CANT WAIT TO GO CHURCH TOMORROW ! xD

WAHH ! now i know how serious exams stress are !!!
i was so tired i slept from 6pm till now okays ! and i didn't know untill i looked at my watch. i could say this year IS the year that i had actually studied for my end-of-year examinations, in the others, i didn't study as much or probably not even study.

completed so much, so many ten years series and humanities sourced based questions, structured essays.....i DONT want to fail history again !!! been failing it for no good reason for the past 2 tests -.-

nothing much to blog about today....
went school,
had P.E.,
had lessons,
stayed back after sch to revise in library,
went home,
sleep,
blog,
quiet time,
sleep.

WHOOO~ its gotta be 10 more minutes to 12midnite, which is the next day ! im going to briefly write todays post. ( another for tomorrow )

just finished discipleship :) it was great ! and we all need to know that by forgiving others who sins against us, is not just a matter between me and the offender, BUT most importantly, its between me and GOD! by having unforgiveness i'll create a barrier between me and God, which will make it hard for me to grow closer to God. WE SHOULD NOT RECEIVE GOD'S GRACE AND FORGIVENESS IN VAIN !

8 DAYS TO END-OF-YEAR EXAMINATIONS !!!!
counting down....
this is a very tense period of the year, BUT i'll stay focused :D
in both my faith and my studies.

okie so, lessons all day was about going thru practice papers and worksheets.
got back my biology class test results, didn't do really well this time, 8/20.
HOWEVER, i still managed to pass yet another maths test :), 13/20. awwwg. 1 more mark to an A. xD BUT i'll learn from my mistakes, found out that i did so badly in my biology was all due to me using the wrong terms for the parts !!! arghhh.

and, after school i went home for a change of clothes and headed to MCYS ( ministry of community of youth and sports ). BUT one the way i dropped by town and had my lunch at fareast, chicken rice . its been long since me and my buddies went there to eat....and also quite long since we went out together ! i miss those days! lets go out after exams okie ! i promise :D

after that was meeting mr alvin tan , we went thru my CSO experience, it was great though, i enjoyed my CSo at salvation army, i intend to continue volunteering after my exams :) miss the people there so much ! some photos !

TODAY was quite a " sleepy " day. just felt sleepy for no good reason for the whole day. i couldn't even take it on the firsy period taht i fell asleep immediately. There was chinese test :D its quite easy this time round, but i didn't have enough time to complete the last part, neverminds anyways...i think i can still pass :)

SECONDLY, GOOD NEWS !
remember about my post about Doni ( class 3/8 ) ? just found out that he managed to win that trip to australia on saturday !!! incredible :) now he and michael ooooh ( wenhao ) is going to spend their end of year holidays in aussie, how great is that !

THIRDLY, its the singapore idol final results !! i do hope that Jonathan Leong would win !!! he has really good vocals :D BUT, he isn't my idol. MY idol is JESUS ! :)
and im constantly amazed by God each day....

cause , when you start to live in the word of God, living by his ways, he start blessing you abundance. in the past, ive always wondered : " how come when i evangelise, i always dont get good responses....". BUT !!! God is merciful and faithful. and when i took a step of faith and made my stand, i told myself not to be discouraged to evangelise, most importantly, change the way im living towards a more christ-like way of life. i began to see change ! God has worked wonders in my life, not only given me courage and confidence to evangelise, he has even led some people towards my way !

REAL LIFE EXAMPLE : No. 1 - Stella ( dont mind if your name is mentioned )
he has all along known of christ, but she couldn't find motivation, guidiance, support, growth in her church. and all along she has had doubts about God, so invited her to chruch, and she just felt this sudden calling from God and wanted to know him so much, she received christ on that very day. God has blessed her abundantly and she received her tounges in just 2 or 3 days ! that was faster than me :D LOL. and also she has been very committed to the cause of christ. never failing and never giving up to persuade friends to come to church and spreading the word of God, diligently reading her bible daily and doing her quiet time. and most importantly, eg: saturday , we were at KFC and there was 9 minutes to 12pm ( fasting period ) and she was so worried that she couldn't finish by 12pm xD meaning she'll break the fast. she in the end she didn't eat ! BUT, ME? a selfish fella i was, together with ky and LF we continued eating. so KEEP IT UP STELLA ! i can see that seed growing !!!

WHOOSH ! ~ haha today's bible study at church was GREAT !
its the first time ive gone for sunday bible study, and now i want to go for it every week ! okie so today they did about taoism:

1) food offered to idols

2) images of wordship

3) Qigong ( YES ! qigong ) xD


Firstly. food , cannot be a legal entry for the devil.
1 corinthians 10:25-27 - eat anything sold in the meat market whithout raising questions of conscience, for, " the earth is the Lord's, and everything in it". if some unbeliever invites you to a meal and you want to go, eat whatever is put before you without raising questions of conscience.

also. idolism is like creating a image and just wordshipping your own creation. isn't that dumb? AN IDOL IS LIFELESS ! Psalms 115:4-8 - But their idols are silver and gold, made by the hands of man. They mouths, but cannot speak, eyes, but they cannot see. they have ears, but cannot hear, noses, but they cannot smell; they have hands, but cannot feel, feet, but they cannot walk; nor can they utter a sound with their throats. Those who make them will be like them, and so will all who trust in them.

SO. the legal rights for the devil's entry is not through the consumption of food, But, the participation in idol wordship. and when one turns to christ, it is very important for him to renounce all ties with idols of the past. 1 corinthians 8:7 - But not everyone knows this. Some people are still so accustomed to idols that when they eat such food they think of it as being sacrificed to an idol, and since their conscience is weak, it is defiled.

HOWEVER, we christians shouldn't eat these food offered to idols because.
- we need to stand for what we believe. its is for our testimonies to our parents & friends. and also fellow christians, a need to show a example for other believers.

SECONDLY, images of wordship. we dont destroy it because it has power, BUT it is the demons that are camouflaged by it that idol that we want to destroy.1 Corinthians 10:20 - No, but sacrifices of pagans are offered to demons, not to God, and i do not want you to be participants with demons. idols have no power ! its the demons that are behind it.

THIRDLY, when people practice qigong to a certain level, they practice meditation. and in the process they let demons to enter and live in them. at times people get too obsessed in practicing these martial arts, they turn insane. and its proven.

so, after church. i mom fetched me from church and we went to queensway. ate luch and bought some things and went grandma house. and later it was dinner at whapoa !

Went to church today as usual :D brought kangyi and leefeng along.
hmms but they didn't seem to be quite comfortable there =/
leefeng didn't like the idea of jumping around during praise and wordship and kangyi just felt bored all the time.... hmms BUT i wont lose hope ! i try again next time :)

AND this week's the last week of masterlife :) thru it all ive learnt alot of things about Christ and it has strengthened my faith. the most impacting week was week 10 : Present Your Body . memory verse - Do you not know that your body is a temple of the holy spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from GOD? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body ( 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 ) . ive learnt that i should not pursuit worldly materials, which i used to. also on that very week . i quit smoking :) HALLELUJAH !

THAT was a very special and important turning point in my life. i realised that i cant curb temptations on my own, and i need God's help. ive made my stand to chose not to give in to my sinful desires and stand up aginst all temptations :)as said in 1 Corinthians 10:13 - NO temptation has seized you except what is common to man. and God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyong what you can bear. BUT when you are tempted, He will provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

AND today's sermons were very enriching, i learnt that our walk with Chirst is like a Marathon - which requires endurance to finish, NOT a short distance race which only requires speed. and this walk with Christ isn't just anything that we could just give up half-way. whenever we are discouraged, the most important things are to : 1) Look back - look to the people who finished the race and take them as examples. 2) Look out - for obstacles and struggles to come. 3) Look to Jesus - yes. we must not forget that he's waiting for us in the finishing line and that he's cheering us on !

thru this phase of my life, im starting to see changes inside of me for the better and im never gonna turn my back on Jesus ever AGAIN. not only this i will share with others who has not known the love of God. :D its my duty . they're lots of people out there that badly needs God and salvation.

let me express some of my thoughts....
REALLY stressed !!!
now i owe miss LEE about 5 or 6 pieces of maths homework plus 7 pieces of june holiday assignments =/ thats REALLY alot. and some good cause for me to be stressed about yeah?

haha PLUS end-of-year EXAMS are round the corner yeah !!!
so i think ive cleard about 3 pieces of the homeworks, still owe 2 or 3 for now...
BUT . i'll comeplete it within the week :D thats a promise .
about the june assignments of 7 TYS units. i'll probably leave it till the extra 3 weeks of curriculum to comeplete , AFTER SCHOOL !!!
....imagine people having their holidays 3 weeks before me ( other than school mates ) i'll have to go back for lessons , on top of that, staying back to do the TYS -.-'''

SO, after school i went out to meet aHxing. went to lot1 for pool yeah !
some de-stressing. feels better now. later we went to bugis and meet his friends.
so, i've got to know some new friends today as a bounus? LOL xD

and so i'll talk about these friends. so basically i was quite "shy" and didn't have much to talk about. but after i was feeling better, i had a few things to talk about...and their reactions were : " wahhhhhh . finally ! he said SOMETHING "
thats so lame okay. haha but nevermind. they're nice people :)

so im quite EXCITED about tomorrow :D because, LEEFENG & KANGYI is coming along to church with me tomorrow !!! hahas. hope they'll feeling comfortable. and really feel the presence of GOD !!! :)

LASTLY , i saw MISSHO xD kinda missed her. she'll be a good teacher , shes really nice and caring. haha and i saw her with her new BRACES . and it was so special haha. felt quite different. cause she couldn't pronounce properly yet, still needs a little getting used to. i guess . and her braces were WHITE in colour. yes ! white coloured xD she told me she had to pay $600 extra for it? so that it wouldn't be so obvious . waHAHAHA.

so, i think i'll stop here :) keep ya people posted about church tomorrow. i believe that it'll be exciting !
