SATURDAYS ARE HAPPY DAYS !!!''

why? cause its church day. the only day of our week that we dedicate to God.
the day that we come together to grow stronger in faith and come together to praise him, worship him.

okie. had a VERY heavy breakfast today. hotcakes + sausage mcmuffin w/egg + hash browns + orange juice. yeah, and this week i managed to watch SPONGEBOB ! gagaga, i overslept last week, so i missed it. i enjoy watching spongebob so much LAHHHS xD

okei i shall share today's sermons, as i would each week. why? cause im not selfish :) i want to share these pieces of good news so that people out there who dont know christ may know and understand more.

Title : Standing Strong in Prayer.
Speaker : Ps Daniel.

Ephesians 6:18 - And pray in all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

1 Peter 5:8-9 - Be self controlled and alert, Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of sufferings.

Things to Note :
- defeating the devil is Jesus's part. standing firm is ours.
- standing firm = refusing to give in to the devil's temptations.
- Resisting = standing firm in our belief that Jesus is greater than the devil and that we are in a relationship with Jesus.
- our relationship with God is our source of strength.
- when we dont use the power of prayer when the devil attacks, it shows that we're weak christians.
- thru prayer, we relate to God and build a relationship with him. God's goal is to establish a relationship with us.

the devil :
- wants to keep us from establishing with God .
- however, if he fails to do that, he'll try making us religious but keep us from growing and developing. making our efforts redundant.
- dont mind us going to church, but minds if we experience God.
- distracts us when we are praying with thoughts, he will do all he can to keep us from praying or getting started.
-is a liar about prayer.
- does not want you to trust God in all situations.
- knows far better than us, how potent prayer is and how directly prayer is related to his destruction.
- knows we are most vulnerable to his attacks when we dont pray.

Prayer is our BEST weapon, yet some people use it as their last resort." 7 days without prayer, makes one weak "
- the weaker a person is, the more he will focus on himself-his needs, failures and lack.

Keys to effective prayer :

1) Get Serious
- prayer moves the hand that moves the universe.
- " prayer does not change God, but changes him who prays. "
- Prayers must be a two way communication between you and God. one way conversations are always not effective.

2) Praying always without ceasing
- to pray is to change
- it is the only way God uses to transform us.
- Prayer without stopping = living in God's consciousness.
- we should pray in all occasions.
- we must know that God is always with us, and he hears us.

3) Pray with all kinds of prayer.
- all kinds of prayer : on thanking God, praising him, intersession.
- the size of your God determines the size of your prayer. The size of your prayer requests determines the size of your answer.

John 15:16 - You did not choose me, but i chose you and appointed you to bear fruit- fruit that will last. Then the father will give you whatever you ask in my name.

In summary, prayer is THE MOST POWERFUL weapon for us Christians. its is important that we use it when we face problems. we mus have faith that God will help us, and he hears us and if you ask anything accordance to his will, he WILL give. The devil likes to put negative thoughts in our minds telling us not to believe and not have faith in God. for that only benefits him, as it fufils his will of us not having a relationship and not experienceing God. So, we must understand and have confidence that prayer is our most effective weapon. lastly, it builds our faith and our relathionship with God, because in this way, we're communicating, a relationship without communication is detrimental.

tomorrow' MOM'S BIRTHDAY ! :) this year will be better than last's. i did very wrong things last year, this year im making ammends. yes and it also marks the 1year anniversary of my case... :/

okie tomorrow will be a better day, im looking forward to tomorrow which is in about 45 mins time =)
